• EMI Locker service is provided on a rental basis for 6 months per coupon.
• Features like anti-theft remain active for 9 months from activation.

Retailer Policy

• Upon service discontinuation, retailers get 2 months of complimentary service.
• Post that, a reactivation fee of ₹2,100 + GST/month applies.

Refund Policy

• As a digital service with prepaid coupons, no refunds will be issued once a coupon is activated.
• Users are advised to check compatibility before activation.
